Recap: Endless practice

Project got postponed because partner was struggling with her midterms (engineering majors and their programming midterms, must be awful). Instead I supposed I should just start on the research part, and so, did, with the result that I have two books the same size as my Webster's Spanish-English dictionary sitting on my desk, both about Old Testament pseudephigrapha (a type of apocalyptic writing), and a slightly suicidal urge.
It's HUGE (bigger than the 5th hardcovered HP book, Lucy), and I am very much NOT inclined to read it.

Most other immediate homeworks are done though. NaNoWriMo still on track in terms of word count, but not much else. The story's stumbling. Okay, it's staggering and flopping about like a drunken bat. But the wordcount is still on track.

[edit 12:43] Have JUST realized that science says the world will end in ice, religion in fire. Go figure.
