hear, hear!
hypothesis: this is an "el nino" year. therefore the strange weather pattern will continue and there will be a chance of rain in june.
i was a little worried about not being up to the task mentally today, but then i realized that everyone was a bit "out of it" (funny phrase, what exactly is the "it" that you're out of? mood? homeostatis? humor?) and so whatever state i was in is unnoticeable. i love relativity. arbitrary standards make the world go-round.
quote of the day:
"what is this sky that you speak of? i swear! it's a government conspiracy!"
christine? if the sky suddenly started raining hammers right where you stood we all will know what had happened. way with experimentation, no?
another established pact made during lunch today: if anna and i were to live together, she's doing the grocery shopping, and i the cooking. anna can "make a mean sandwhich" though. lol. and we both can make bunny-shaped cakes...with gumballs for eyes. LOL.
my head apparently makes a good handwarmer, since my hair is so efficient at absorping solar energy. this just took the "it's nice to feel useful" and answered it an entirely different way, but well!

i'm not visiting berkeley after all, it turns out; i'm indirectly saved from a potential confrontation by OPEC and the district's horrible parking problems. mr. a.'d be jubilant. heh. thanks lucy, for offering to go with me though!

i'm confused, why aren't you coming? (surely it has nothing to do with OPEC ;P)
